Using Windows 10 OS build 18363.900 playing an mp4 video file but no audio sound. Tried disabled audio and enabled audio during playing, able to hear audio sound for less than 2 to 3 secs, and it then went silent. Tried again disabled audio and enabled audio during continuous playing, able to hear audio sound for less than 2 to 3 seconds and it goes silent while continue playing video silently. Tried playing this video on Windows Media player, no issue. Tried playing this mp4 video on Windows movie maker, no issues. The video codec is: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC(part 10)(avc 1) The audio codec is: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
